LVIS is a group of volunteers who meet regularly to carry out work in public areas of the village with the aim of improving its appearance and making it a more pleasant place to live. The work varies through the year – typically in autumn and spring we plant fresh bedding plants in the village square, during winter we clear footpaths and generally tidy-up, and in late summer we need to water the raised beds and plant bulbs for the following spring.
Currently we have 15 volunteers and we welcome new ones – there is always work to do!.
